I first became involved in this program when I was 4 years old. Now being
on the other side of the game, as a teacher, I can experience the fun and
the positive effects on children.

Kundalini Yoga is the Yoga of consciousness. It is a means to facilitating your ability to get in touch with and relax your body, as well as deepen your connection with yourself. It is invigorating, relaxing, musical and soothing for all ages.
Where: Springhurst Park

Gentle Kundalini Yoga for Spring Purification
Amazing that the spring season is here and we are almost ready to do Yoga in the park.
But before the warm weather allows us to play and meditate in the park, I want to support your spring purification with some gentle Kundalini Yoga.
Check the program for the information. to receive the best results, come to class for the 7 consecutive weeks.
Make sure to bring your own yoga mat some loose comfortable clothing, some water and if you have your own blanket your more then welcome.

April 9;Strengthen the immune system I ( 4)
April 16:Massage for the lymphatic system ( 8)
April 23:For creativity ( 12)
April 30:Immune Yoga 1 ( 16)
May 7th:Yoga set for young people ( 22)
May 14: Re-vibrate the imnune system (26)

What is Yin Yoga?

spirit.
Most practices in our everyday lives, and even most other types of
asana yoga in North America, are yang based. Yin Yoga is different than
most other styles of asana yoga in the sense that it concentrates more on
the joints than the muscles. It takes long, deep asanas (postures) to help
heal the joints, which is why we hold the positions for longer periods of
time in Yin Yoga, facilitating our joints into relaxation.
